Skills :-

• Experience in handling end to end recruitment

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search

• Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Comfortable making decisions independently

• Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods

• Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues

Key Accountabilities:-

• Develop new talent sourcing methods to attract passive candidates.

• Conduct labour market analysis, market data intelligence, benchmarking leading industry practices and competitors and trend analysis and provide relevant reporting for defined businesses.

• Evaluate and screen potential candidates and develop a talent database to fill current and future vacant positions in the company.

• Have healthy relation with employment exchange, educational department

• Field visit and Campus Placement Drive

• Maintain social media and professional networks to engage potential candidates.

• Ensure compliance following established processes and consistent recruitment tools.

• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
