You are applying for the position of HR Associate at Effora, a fast-growing skincare-tech brand based in Noida. As an HR Associate, you will play a crucial role in building a high-performing team across technical and non-technical roles. Your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end recruitment, core HR operations, and creating a workplace culture that inspires and engages. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and define job requirements. - Design and execute recruitment strategies for diverse roles across product, marketing, operations, and R&D. - Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. - Lead onboarding to ensure a seamless new-hire experience. - Drive employee engagement initiatives, performance reviews, and retention programs. - Utilize HRIS/ATS tools to track candidates and employees. - Monitor and report HR metrics (time-to-fill, retention, engagement). - Continuously improve HR processes through data-driven insights. **Required Qualifications & Skills** - 2 to 3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment. - Proven ability to hire for both technical and non-technical roles. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Familiarity with HR tools/ATS and understanding of Indian labor laws. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. **Preferred** - Start-up or D2C brand HR experience. - Exposure to culture-building and employee engagement programs. - Previous experience working closely with Founders.
