We are rapidly expanding our presence across D2C and leading quick commerce and e-commerce marketplaces including Zepto, Blinkit, Amazon, Tira, and more. Role Description We’re looking for a results-driven Ecommerce Manager to own and scale marketplace performance across Q-commerce and E-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, performance marketing levers, and data-backed decision-making to grow sales, drive visibility, and increase customer retention across platforms. This is a full-time role based in Noida . You’ll work closely with the founding team and cross-functional partners across performance marketing, content, product, and operations. Key Responsibilities Own day-to-day operations, listings, performance, and growth across platforms like Zepto, Blinkit, Amazon, Tira and others Drive visibility, conversion, and ROAS using performance marketing strategies tailored to each marketplace’s algorithm and audience behavior Optimize campaigns using keyword targeting, promotional levers, price benchmarking, and customer behavior data Ensure timely cataloguing, inventory management, product onboarding, and compliance with platform guidelines Liaise with category managers on partner platforms to unlock merchandising, promotional slots, and seasonal opportunities Track and report KPIs including traffic, CTR, sales, CAC, LTV, and profit margins for each marketplace channel Collaborate with the creative/content team to ensure platform-optimized assets (A+ Content, Product Videos, etc.) Identify new marketplace and Q-commerce partnership opportunities to expand Effora's reach Stay updated with latest platform trends, competitor activity, and industry benchmarks Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing performance marketing and sales across marketplaces for a D2C personal care or beauty brand Proven track record of managing growth on Zepto, Blinkit, Amazon, Tira, Nykaa , or similar platforms Experience in performance marketing (ads, keywords, bidding strategy) within e-commerce and Q-commerce ecosystems Excellent understanding of marketplace operations — from cataloguing to backend optimization Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data tools/platform dashboards and translate them into action Familiarity with tools such as Amazon Seller Central, Zepto Seller, Flipkart Ads, etc. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and time management skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus) Job Location Noida (Work-from-Office) Compensation INR 9 – 10LPA + Performance-based Bonus Incentives* Show more Show less
