About the Role

end-to-end recruitment process

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles (IT / Non-IT / Leadership / Volume hiring).
  • Identify job requirements and draft clear job descriptions with hiring managers.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, internal databases, referrals, and social networks.

2. Candidate Sourcing & Screening

  • Use advanced Boolean search techniques for targeted talent sourcing.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Evaluate candidate applications and create strong talent pipelines.

3. Interview Coordination

  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
  • Guide candidates through the interview process and ensure smooth communication.
  • Collect interview feedback and ensure timely follow-ups.

4. Offer Management & Onboarding

  • Conduct salary discussions and negotiate offers within company guidelines.
  • Prepare offer letters and coordinate pre-joining formalities.
  • Work closely with HR Operations for seamless onboarding.

5. Recruitment Strategy & Reporting

  • Track key recruitment metrics (Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Offer-to-Join Ratio).
  • Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Conduct market research and competitor hiring analysis.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives.

6. Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
  • Provide weekly recruitment updates and pipeline reports.
  • Ensure alignment with company policies and hiring standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Experience with ATS tools (Workday, Taleo, Zoho Recruit, etc.).
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytics.
  • Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Experience in technical recruitment (for IT companies).
