Job Title: Technical Recruiter – Engineering

Technical Recruiter – Engineering


Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and qualify Engineering candidates (Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, Manufacturing, Hardware, Robotics, etc.)
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, and Boolean searches to identify top talent
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
  • Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering roles
  • Conduct initial technical screening and assess candidate job fit
  • Coordinate interviews and provide seamless candidate experience


Qualifications:

  • 1–3+ years of engineering/technical recruiting experience (US market preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of engineering job families (design, R&D, validation, simulation, controls, systems, etc.)
  • Experience sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, and niche engineering platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
