About the Role:

US Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations using

  QuickBooks (Desktop & Online)

  .
• Handle

  general ledger, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and payroll accounting

  .
• Prepare

  monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

  in compliance with US accounting standards.
• Support in

  tax preparation, year-end closing, and audit requirements

  .
• Ensure accuracy in

  journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and US stakeholders to ensure compliance with accounting policies and deadlines.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum

  4 years of proven experience

  in US accounting.
• Strong working knowledge of

  QuickBooks (Online & Desktop)

  .
• In-depth knowledge of

  US GAAP, accounting principles, and compliance processes

  .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with US clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
