What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify & engage high-quality candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean/X-Ray searches, and social channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates for role fit, communication, and behavioral alignment.
• Manage the end-to-end interview process: scheduling, panel coordination, and candidate experience.
• Lead offer management and negotiations aligned with internal frameworks.
• Track recruitment metrics (TAT, source mix, conversion ratios) and report insights to leadership.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
