Job Description

Conducting full-cycle recruitment for various roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering candidates.
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
Utilizing creative sourcing strategies and networking to build a diverse pipeline of candidates.
Maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system and providing regular updates on recruitment progress.
Promoting a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
Your Profile:
Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare or clinical research industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies, with a solid understanding of data management.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and policies.
A commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all talent acquisition efforts.
