We are looking for an energetic and process-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who can attract, engage, and

onboard top talent across creative, technical, and business functions. This role is crucial to building a

high-performance team that aligns with Digituall’s culture and growth vision.


Role Overview

  • The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring for Digituall — from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of digital/creative roles, and the ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously.
  • This role demands ownership, attention to detail, and the capability to represent Digituall professionally to potential candidates.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Hiring

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Work on hiring for diverse roles including creative, design, video, performance marketing, SEO, account management, and sales.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal referrals, social platforms, and networking groups.
  • Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with department heads.
  • Prepare and extend offer letters, negotiate compensation, and ensure smooth acceptance.


Job Posting & Pipeline Management

  • Draft and publish JD’s across hiring channels.
  • Maintain structured candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
  • Update hiring trackers, dashboards, and recruitment MIS regularly.
  • Ensure all candidate communication is timely, professional, and brand-aligned.


Onboarding & Documentation

  • Manage pre-joining formalities and onboarding schedules.
  • Collect documents, complete background verification processes (if applicable), and create
  • employee files.
  • Conduct HR inductions and introduce new hires to Digituall’s culture and policies.


Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager on workforce planning and hiring strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and closure status.


HR Operations Support

  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support with performance review cycles, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives when needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to HR policies and standards.


Required Qualifications &Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in digital marketing, IT, media, or creative industry hiring.


Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to draft job descriptions and evaluate candidate competency effectively.


Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong judgment, candidate screening ability, and negotiation skills.
  • High ownership, organization, and ability to meet timelines.
  • Professional demeanor and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles simultaneously.


Performance Metrics

  • Time-to-fill for open positions.
  • Quality of hires and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Offer-to-joining conversion rate.
  • Efficiency in sourcing and pipeline management.
  • Accuracy of documentation and onboarding processes.


Reporting Structure

  • Reports To: HR Manager / Managing Director
  • Key Interfaces: Creative, Design, Performance, Sales, Accounts, and Leadership Teams


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & capability).
  • Incentives for successful closures or high-volume hiring (optional, based on policy).
