Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English [plus regional/local language if applicable]. Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, customer-first approach—even in high-pressure situations. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk) and support tools.
