The Team:

Lead and mentor the collections team to achieve outstanding receivables performance. Optimize cash flow and reduce delinquencies using strategic initiatives and technology adoption. Streamline quoting and contract lifecycle management using Salesforce CPQ, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Automate collection workflows and dunning processes with HighRadius, enhancing collection efficiency and customer communication. Develop and maintain advanced Excel dashboards for real-time receivables tracking and KPI analysis. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to resolve disputes, align on customer accounts, and enhance customer relationships. Drive process improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks. Foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and staff development. What We’re Looking For:Basic Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 7+ years of progressive experience in credit and collections management. Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ, HighRadius, and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Visualization). Strong analytical and reporting skills. Proven team leadership and staff development abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strategic problem-solving and dispute resolution. Ability to drive process improvements and foster a culture of continuous learning. Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in fast-paced, global environments. Exposure to compliance and risk mitigation in collections. Familiarity with KPI reporting and dashboard development #LI-RS2 What’s In It For You? Our Mission:
