Time: 2.30 PM to 11.30 PM

We’re looking for a senior leader to join us as Head of Operations for our Development and Support office in Indore. This is a high-impact role that reports directly to the CEO and offers a unique opportunity to build and lead a growing team from the ground up.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of professional experience preferred, though we’re open to exceptional candidates who show strong leadership potential.
• Proven experience in building, managing, and scaling teams of 10+ people.
• Background in IT or technical support is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Demonstrated ability to establish operational processes and nurture a fair, inclusive, and merit-based culture.
• A people-first mindset; this role is about leadership, team-building, and mentorship above all else.
• Open to working in U.S. time zones.
• This is an in-office role based in Indore. A native of Indore or someone with strong local ties is preferred, as we’re looking for someone who will grow with us long-term.
• This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of operations and eventually grow into the Head of Indore Office role as the team expansion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
