Role Summary

We are seeking a driven and visionary product leader to own our product strategy, delivery, and cross-functional execution. You will direct the product roadmap, enable collaboration across diverse teams, support sales initiatives through upsell strategies, and help drive business growth and customer success via data and insight.


Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define, evolve, and communicate the product vision, multi-year strategy, and roadmap to achieve business objectives and capture market opportunities.
  • Convert customer feedback, market analysis, and internal expertise into actionable product plans.
  • OKR Planning & Alignment

  • Develop, manage, and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for both the product area and team.
  • Ensure every product initiative aligns with corporate strategy and measurable outcomes, fostering accountability and transparency.
  • Sales Enablement & Farming Support

  • Collaborate with the sales farming team to identify and execute upsell opportunities within current accounts.
  • Strategize and advise on which product modules/features to pitch, ensuring the value proposition is tailored to specific client needs.
  • Share actionable product analytics and insights with sales, pre-sales, and customer success groups to support effective decision-making.
  • Conduct product walkthroughs, training sessions, and ongoing education for sales teams to ensure deep product understanding and confident client pitches.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Blocker Removal

  • Champion tight cooperation and open communication between product, engineering, sales, delivery, and business stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and resolve blockers to ensure smooth execution, delivery, and customer engagement.
  • Product Documentation & Delivery

  • Lead creation and refinement of product artifacts (PRDs, user stories, use cases, experiment plans).
  • Prioritize, manage, and track progress through backlogs, sprint cycles, and product development workflows using Jira or similar tools.
  • Business & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Validate and refine business and client requirements with sales, solutioning, and marketing teams.
  • Shape go-to-market and launch strategies in alignment with broader business goals.
  • Gather and act on market feedback to improve product fit and drive growth.
  • Metrics & Continuous Improvement

  • Define, monitor, and act on product KPIs and key metrics to inform direction and improvement.
  • Lead or participate in continuous process optimization initiatives.
  • Team Leadership & Mentoring

  • Mentor and develop junior product team members, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Hardware & Platform Integration

    (Good to have)
  • Lead the evaluation, integration, and life-cycle management of hardware components (gateways, sensors) for product ecosystem.
  • Maintain an up-to-date hardware master list and manage key vendor relationships.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitive products, leveraging insights for strategic product decisions.
  • Compliance & Risk Management

    (Good to have)
  • Ensure product compliance with industry, security, and regulatory standards.
  • People Management

  • Build and grow a high-performing team of product managers and analysts with clear goals and career development guidance.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • 8+ years of hands-on product management experience (preferably in B2B SaaS, IoT, or hardware/software products).
  • Proven experience driving cross-functional teams and delivering complex products end-to-end.
  • Strong background in OKR-driven management and sales enablement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
  • Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hardware integration and ecosystem management.
  • Customer-facing, enterprise, or upsell-focused product management track record.
  • Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management.
  • Experience managing or mentoring product teams (for senior/lead roles).
