Sr. Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager at HRS, you play a crucial role in ensuring that corporate travelers have access to the right accommodation options with accurate and engaging information. Your main responsibility is to design data-driven AI-powered solutions to scale content offering on the HRS platform. This will enhance the quality of content available to customers, ultimately boosting conversion rates, traveler satisfaction, and corporate duty of care. Key Responsibilities: - Define and own the content strategy to build trust and drive bookings - Automate content onboarding to scale rich property data efficiently - Conduct experiments using A/B tests, analytics, and metrics to improve trust and conversion rates - Build intelligent frameworks based on data-driven decision making - Utilize Data, AI, and GenAI tools to optimize onboarding and content quality - Benchmark against competitors and innovate to maintain HRS as a leader in hotel content - Collaborate with various teams across the ecosystem to ensure content meets business and traveler needs - Communicate roadmaps and priorities transparently to leadership and partners Qualification Required: - 5+ years of experience in product management roles, preferably in travel, content platforms, or eCommerce - Understanding of hospitality tech ecosystems such as OTAs, GDS, CRS, and channel managers is a plus - Customer-first mindset with strong quantitative and experimental rigor - Experience with API-driven content onboarding or large-scale data integration - Proficiency in stakeholder collaboration across UX, engineering, commercial, operations, and suppliers At HRS, you will be part of a global tribe of intrapreneurs focused on reinventing corporate travel.
