As a Senior Recruiter, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of the organization by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and hiring. - Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication throughout the recruitment process. - Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies. - Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure competitive hiring practices. - Promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process by implementing unbiased recruitment practices. - Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions. - Enhance the company's employer brand through representation at job fairs, networking events, and social media. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or related field. - Previous experience in a big corporation is preferred. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Skills required include recruitment expertise, excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, tech-savviness, adaptability, ethical practice, and data literacy. - Behavioral competencies such as continuous improvement, teamwork, and resilience are essential for success in this role.
