Key Responsibilities: - Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and hiring. - Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication throughout the recruitment process. - Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies. - Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure competitive hiring practices. - Promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process by implementing unbiased recruitment practices. - Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions. - Enhance the company's employer brand through representation at job fairs, networking events, and social media. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or related field. - Previous experience in a big corporation is preferred. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Skills required include recruitment expertise, excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, tech-savviness, adaptability, ethical practice, and data literacy. - Behavioral competencies such as continuous improvement, teamwork, and resilience are essential for success in this role.
