Role summary:

The Product Manager will lead and inspire a high-performing product team, shaping the product vision and strategy to drive customer adoption, increase customer value, and achieve topline and bottomline expansion. This is a key managerial role that requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the fashion ecosystem and a proven ability to translate market insights into a robust, customer-centric product roadmap.


Key responsibilities :

1. Product vision and strategic leadership

  • Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that drives sustained business growth and profitability.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify strategic opportunities and prioritize the product roadmap.
  • Assess product performance using key metrics, customer insights, and market data to inform strategic decisions and continuously improve the product offering.

2. Customer value and adoption

  • Champion a customer-obsessed culture, ensuring that product development is driven by a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer adoption and engagement across the platform, focusing on user experience, onboarding, and feature discovery.
  • Measure and report on product value metrics, such as user adoption rates, feature engagement, and customer satisfaction, to internal stakeholders.

3. Topline and bottomline expansion

  • Manage the product's profit and loss (P&L), making data-driven decisions that balance investment in innovation with profitable revenue growth.
  • Identify and define new monetization strategies, product lines, and market segments to drive topline revenue.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop compelling go-to-market strategies and product positioning that resonate with target customers.

4. Cross-functional collaboration

  • Serve as the central hub of communication, collaborating seamlessly with engineering, design (UX/UI), sales, marketing, and customer success to align priorities and ensure successful product delivery.
  • Communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap effectively to executive leadership and other stakeholders to secure buy-in and resource allocation.

5. Fashion technology domain expertise

  • Leverage an innate understanding of the fashion industry, including supply chain dynamics, manufacturing processes, merchandising, and retail operations.
  • Keep a pulse on the latest trends and innovations in fashion technology to ensure our product remains at the cutting edge and provides a competitive advantage.



Required skills and qualifications :

  • Experience: 10-12 years of experience in product management, with significant experience in driving product strategy and execution.
  • Commercial mindset: A strong track record of managing product P&Ls and a keen business sense for identifying and executing on opportunities for topline and bottomline growth.
  • Customer-focused: Demonstrated ability to lead with a deep understanding of customer needs and a proven history of enhancing customer value and adoption.
  • Industry knowledge: A strong background in the fashion, apparel, or retail industry is essential. Experience in fashion technology or a similar B2B enterprise is a significant plus but not mandatory.
  • Leadership and communication: Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and communication skills to inspire a team and align stakeholders across the organization.
  • Data proficiency: Proven ability to use data analytics, market research, and financial metrics to inform and guide product decisions.
