Qualification

Ø Final-year undergraduate from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute (any stream); consistently strong academics (≥ 80% or equivalent CGPA)Ø Outstanding written & spoken English; able to simplify complex ideas into crisp, clear contentØ Strong research abilities and structured thinkingØ Self-starter with creative instincts and the ability to take initiativeØ Interest in marketing, SaaS, digital growth, or content strategyØ Bonus: Working knowledge of Canva and basic design principles (layout, colour, alignment, hierarchy)Ø Bonus: Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, LinkedIn Ads, or analytics dashboards

Responsibilities & Duties

• Content & Campaigns
  

Ø Draft blog posts, emailers, product one-pagers, case studies, and social media content
Ø Create visually engaging designs and marketing assets using CanvaØ Assist in executing LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and Google Search campaigns

• Research & Market Intelligence
  

Ø Conduct deep-dive research on accounts, personas, and competitors
Ø Analyse buyer needs, marketing trends, and performance metrics to drive campaign strategy

• Design & Collateral
  

Ø Collaborate with product and design teams to build brochures, flyers, infographics, and decks
Ø Ensure brand consistency across all visual and written communication

• Project Support
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs for content approvals, launches, and event preparation
• Take ownership of at least one campaign or marketing initiative end-to-end
  

LEARNING & GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES

• Marketing Tech Exposure: Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, WhatsApp Automation, and Google Analytics
• Campaign Ownership: Lead and report on live campaigns across channels
