Job Description

Product Manager (AI-Savvy) — 5+ Years Experience

AdGrid builds data-driven advertising products that convert insight into measurable growth. We’re hiring a Product Manager who blends rigorous business research with AI-native execution to ship secure, scalable products aligned to the business plan.

What you’ll do

Own the end-to-end lifecycle: discovery → strategy → roadmap → execution → adoption → iteration.
Conduct market and user research (sizing, competitive analysis, JTBD, interviews, cohorts) and convert findings into PRDs, KPIs, and a prioritized backlog.
Champion AI-augmented workflows to maximize team productivity (prompt patterns, automation, SOPs, quality gates).
Orchestrate delivery with Engineering, Data/ML, and Design; run agile ceremonies; unblock dependencies; manage RAID logs.
Ensure products are
technically stable, secure, and scalable
: drive non-functional requirements, SLAs/SLOs, performance budgets, and security/privacy reviews.
Define and track north-star and operational metrics (activation, retention, revenue, latency, error budgets); lead experiments/A-B tests and post-launch iteration.
Communicate decisions, trade-offs, timelines, and risks crisply with leadership and stakeholders.

AI skills & tooling

Hands-on with: ChatGPT / Claude / GitHub Copilot / Cursor; prompt engineering & prompt libraries; RAG/product search concepts; evaluation & guardrails.
Automation & docs: Zapier / Make; Notion / Confluence with AI features; templated SOPs.
Analytics & experimentation: GA4, Mixpanel/Amplitude, Looker/Tableau, basic SQL; Optimizely/LaunchDarkly/Flagsmith (nice-to-have).
Product/ML collaboration: familiarity with data pipelines, model/versioning hygiene, monitoring for drift/bias, and privacy-by-design principles.

What you’ll bring

5–8+ years in Product Management with ownership of a 0→1 build or a major 1→n scale-up.
Strong project management discipline (scope, timeline, dependencies, risk management).
Business research depth and financial acumen (pricing, unit economics, ROI).
Data fluency (dashboards; basic SQL for self-serve analysis).
Excellent written and verbal communication; executive-ready storytelling.

Success in 3–6 months looks like

A defensible roadmap tightly tied to the business plan and delivered predictably.
Measurable uplift in priority KPIs (e.g., +X% retention/ARPU; −Y% cycle time).
AI-enabled operating cadence that increases team throughput and quality.
Stable, secure, and scalable releases meeting agreed SLAs/SLOs.

Education

Bachelor’s in Engineering/Business/Economics (or equivalent). MBA is a plus.
