Business Unit -Abound is building a global financial platform that bridges cross-border payments, rewards, and digital assets. We are hiring a Senior Lead Product Manager who will take end-to-end ownership of core product experiences. This is a high-impact senior role responsible for defining product strategy, building trusted and compliant user journeys, and scaling our financial + crypto product roadmap.

Priority: Candidates with B2C crypto product background (Web3, digital assets, on/off ramps, wallet experiences).

If not crypto, they must have senior-level experience in B2C fintech preferably cross-border fintech product(payments, compliance-heavy products, KYC/AML workflows).

Responsibilities

1. Own product strategy and roadmap across payment, rewards, and crypto experiences.

2. Design and optimize high-trust user journeys with a strong focus on compliance, KYC, AML, fraud prevention, and risk.

3. Lead execution from discovery GTM, collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.

4. Work with data and insights to drive product decisions, experimentation, and iteration.

5. Ensure regulatory clarity and transparency across all financial interactions (fees, limits, disclosures, security messaging).

6. Define product requirements, success metrics, and scalable processes.

7. Evaluate vendor & partner fintech infrastructure: payment rails, crypto service providers, KYC vendors, etc.

8. Act as a voice of the customer — deeply understand NRI users and improve core experience, conversion, and retention.

9. Bring structure, clarity, and strong communication to a fast-moving startup environment.

Key Experience

1. 8+ years of Product Management experience.

2. Mandatory: B2C Crypto product experience (wallets, web3 payments, exchange functionality, compliance)

— OR —

B2C Fintech domain experience (cross-border, neobank, UPI, cards, lending, etc.).

3. Proven track record owning major product areas independently.

4. Strong understanding of regulatory & compliance operations in finance.

5. Comfort working with technical teams and complex integrations.

6. Experience scaling consumer products and leading experiments (A/B, funnel optimization).

Nice to Have

1. Knowledge of remittance systems, FX flows, settlement systems.

2. Experience launching in regulated markets (India, US, UK).

3. Familiarity with crypto custody, DeFi interactions, or security best practices.
