Reporting to the Director, Finance Operations & Transformation, the Senior Manager
R2R Pillar is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, efficient
operations, and continuous process improvements for the US, UK and Middle East
Markets currently supported by the Bangalore based R2R team.
In addition, the Senior Manager will support the transition of R2R activities from new
markets, ensuring the knowledge transfer of activities are documented and
embedded into the operations of the R2R team. The Senior Manager will participate
in the overall management of the Controlling Ops team, ensuring that there is
excellent communication and coordination with the P2P and O2C Pillar Managers.
The Senior Manager will manage three direct reports and an existing team of 45+
FTEs that is expected to grow to approximately 60 FTEs during 2026.
● Lead the R2R Pillar with a focus on the timely and accurate delivery of all
actual financial statements and reports based on US GAAP
● Manage the delivery of R2R activities including general ledger accounting,
posting of journal entries, intercompany, fixed assets and inventory entries
● Manage and build strong processes for quality balance sheet management
timely and meaningful reconciliations and review with Market Controllers,
● Manage the month-end and year-end close timetable and activities to ensure
adherence to deadlines and to ensure actual results are accurately reported
in the period across all financial statements and that supporting
documentation is provided to explain any unusual movements to support
variance analysis being prepared Market Controlling and FP&A teams

● Develop strong collaborative working arrangements and process hand-offs
with the Market Controllers and teams that are retained in Markets and retain
overall accountability for Financial reporting for management purposes as well
as statutory and regulatory reporting
● Build relationships and establish networking, collaboration, training,
governance, reporting and cross functional working with senior leadership
across the Controlling teams
● Manage reporting and KPIs related to the R2R Pillar team to highlight
opportunities to improve performance and enhance controls
● Coordinate with the Market Controller to support internal and external
auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations to facilitate
audits
● Perform periodic controls testing and put in place actions to address identified
controls risks
Continuous Improvement
● Develop and monitor performance against agreed performance measures and
KPIs, ensuring actions are taken to address key control risks and address
improvement opportunities through process standardization, Workday and
other technology adoption and better ways of team working
● Stays abreast of industry best practices and seek approval to implement
those that drive efficiency and effectiveness
● With the Market Controllers, input a range of projects, ensuring that all
proposals that impact the R2R team are successfully delivered and
embedded in the organisation
● Participate in arrangements to ensure Global Controlling teams collaborate
and share opportunities to standardise and enhance R2R service delivery
● Participate in activities to streamline and standardize the use of the Workday
FDM (Charts of Accounts), journal entries and reconciliations
● Work as part of the Bangalore Controlling Operations management team to
support the delivery of the overall team’s goals
● Participate fully in the transition of additional activities into the Bangalore team

● Periodically review activities of the team members to ensure activities are
focused on enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the team

satisfaction
Required Qualifications and Experience
● Strong relevant experience lending to confidence, gravitas & credibility in
approach
● Qualified accountant, familiar with international financial accounting standards
(US GAAP/IFRS)
● A minimum of 15 years of experience in managing global finance operations,
including management of record to report activities with a strong record of
significant achievements. A thorough appreciation of P2P and O2C
processes with at least 8 years in a leadership role, preferably in the digital
and print or similar industry
● Proven track record of successfully managing R2R operations and enhancing
use of core ERP finance systems, with a strong emphasis on digital
transformation and automation
● Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive
operational improvements and efficiencies
● Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability
to develop and motivate teams
● Very strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact
effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners regarding
matters relating to accounting, controls and financial reporting
● In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and
industry best practices related to R2R process
● Experience of leading large, global teams in a shared service environment
