Position : Senior HR Generalist Location : Mumbai Industry : Freight Forwarding / Logistics Experience : 5–8 Years Reports To : HR Head / Director Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will manage key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management. Prior experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain domain will be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for operational, warehouse, and support roles Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee engagement processes Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and HR policies Address employee grievances and promote a positive workplace culture Drive performance reviews and support training & development efforts Maintain accurate HR records and update internal HR systems Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business needs Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software Ability to manage multiple priorities independently What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits A stable and growing organization within the logistics industry A collaborative work culture with room for growth Show more Show less
