About the Role

HR Generalist


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee grievances.
  • Investigate complaints, identify root causes, and provide fair resolutions.
  • Mediate discussions between employees and management.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records of grievances and outcomes.
  • Support HR operations by preparing manual and automated reports.
  • Build strong employee relationships to encourage open communication.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or Employee Relations role.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and mediation skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
