Senior Human Resources Generalist

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Vadodara. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting strategic HR initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and benefits administration, ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.

Note: This position is on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, calling, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices
• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure a smooth transition
• Maintain accurate HR records and manage HR software tools efficiently
• Handle sensitive employee information with the highest level of confidentiality
• Collaborate with management to support HR initiatives that drive organizational success

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or a related role
• Strong knowledge of HR management, policies, and employment laws
• Proven experience in recruitment, candidate calling, and hiring
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficiency with HR software and tools
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
