Senior Human Resources Generalist

You are a Senior HR Generalist with a regular MBA in Human Resources from a reputable institution. Your role involves gaining hands-on experience in core HR functions such as attendance finalization, policy development, training coordination, and employee engagement. Responsibilities: - Monitor and finalize attendance records, addressing discrepancies promptly. - Draft and revise HR policies to align with company goals and legal compliance. - Organize internal training programs in collaboration with department heads and track learning outcomes. - Respond to employee queries and grievances with empathy and professionalism. - Assist in onboarding, performance reviews, employee engagement, and maintaining a positive work culture. Education & Skills: - Mandatory requirement of a regular MBA with a specialization in Human Resources. - Only candidates with a full-time undergraduate degree in Science, Commerce, or Economics streams from a recognized university will be considered. - Strong command over MS Excel is essential for day-to-day HR operations, reporting, and data management. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive and structured work approach. - Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
