Senior Human Resources Generalist

As a Senior HR Generalist in the freight forwarding/logistics industry based in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing full-cycle recruitment for operational, warehouse, and support roles. - Overseeing onboarding, induction, and employee engagement processes. - Ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and HR policies. - Addressing employee grievances and fostering a positive workplace culture. - Driving performance reviews and supporting training & development efforts. - Maintaining accurate HR records and updating internal HR systems. - Collaborating with department heads to align HR strategies with business needs.
