Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi for a PhD Operations Manager in the Edtech sector. The PhD Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our Ph.D. programs, ensuring smooth coordination with partner universities, managing admissions processes, and facilitating program completion for aspirants. Daily tasks will include liaising with counseling teams, optimizing operational workflows, tracking and reporting on program progress, and ensuring high levels of student satisfaction and program efficiency. Qualifications Strong operations management and project management skills Experience in the education or Edtech sector, preferably with Ph.D. or higher education programs Experience of University Liaision Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills Proficiency in educational technology platforms and CRM systems Ability to work effectively in on-site environments and manage a diverse team Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills A Master's degree or higher in Education, Business Administration, or a related field; a PhD is a plus Interested candidates can share their resume on: team.lead.hr@aimlay.com or call directly on: 9289550058 Regards Surbhi Jain Show more Show less
