Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for a Senior Human Resources Generalist. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee benefits and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Day-to-day tasks include, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and overseeing employee development programs. The role involves collaborating with department heads to support organizational goals and improve HR processes.

Qualifications: Working experience on Advance Excel

• Extensive knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Proficiency in onboarding to offboarding
• Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master's degree or HR certification is a plus
