Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist located in Kodungallur. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for overseeing HR functions such as implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling benefits administration. Other everyday tasks include maintaining employee records, managing recruitment processes, and supporting employee relations.

Qualifications

Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in a senior HR role is preferred
