Position: Group Legal Counsel (Senior & Junior)

Mumbai

Qualification:LLB/ LLM

Min 2 -8 post-qualification experience, ideally with a combination of law firm and in-house experience in the fintech or financial services sector.

Responsibilities

* Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts (e.g., partnership,vendor, licensing, SaaS, NDAs, and MOU agreements).

* Ensure compliance with UAE laws, DIFC/ADGM regulations, and relevant international financial regulations (e.g., AML/CFT, data protection, KYC,PSD2).

* Strong understanding of UAE legal and regulatory environment.

Salary : Upto 15 -20 LPA
