Group Legal Counsel

Role Overview: You have the opportunity to join NKT as a Group Legal Counsel in the Corporate Affairs team, where you will provide strategic legal guidance on international contracts and jurisdictions. This role involves supporting business growth and ensuring legal compliance while working in a forward-thinking organization focused on advancing the green transition through innovative cable solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Draft, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of contracts - Manage disputes and lead negotiations - Support corporate legal tasks and governance - Engage with internal and external stakeholders across functions - Deliver legal training to managers and colleagues Qualifications Required: - Bachelor/Master of Law degree - 5-8 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or large international company - Fluency in English, both spoken and written - Experience with international commercial contracts and negotiations - Familiarity with public procurement processes Additional Company Details: NKT is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment where individuals from various backgrounds can thrive.
