Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer at our Kochi location. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to sales teams, engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, and demonstrating how our solutions can meet those needs. Daily tasks include preparing and delivering technical presentations, answering technical questions, and collaborating closely with engineering and product development teams to provide feedback for product improvement.

Qualifications

• Technical background in Engineering or relevant field
• Experience in sales and technical support
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to understand customer requirements and explain technical solutions effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Prior experience with performance benchmarking and metric setting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
