Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist, based in Udaipur. The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits and welfare programs, administering payroll and compliance, and ensuring smooth operations of HR functions. The individual will also manage employee relations, handle recruitment processes, and work on initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR), including HR management, employee relations, and talent acquisition
• Strong understanding of Talent Management & Recruitment
• Knowledge and experience in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in HR management systems , ATS and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively and foster positive workplace culture
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant HR experience; experience in the furniture or retail industry is a plus
