Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support representative located in Udaipur. The Customer Support representative will be responsible for addressing customer queries, providing technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving issues efficiently. Daily tasks include managing customer interactions through various channels, identifying customer needs, and offering appropriate solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.
