Sr. Executive - Global Recruitment


Core Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles (both IT and non-IT) across our global locations. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, offer negotiation, and closing candidates.
  • Global Sourcing & Talent Pipelining: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks (like LinkedIn Recruiter), and direct outreach to build robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and team leads. You'll work closely with them to understand their specific needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional and positive experience for every candidate by maintaining clear communication, providing timely updates, and acting as a brand ambassador for LearningMate.
  • Data-Driven Recruiting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics (like time-to-fill, source-of-hire, etc.) to help inform decisions and improve processes.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on talent trends, market dynamics, and compensation benchmarks in our key geographies (India, US, UK, South Africa) to provide valuable insights.


Who We're Looking For: The Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Global Talent Acquisition.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required; a specialization in Human Resources is a plus.
  • Proven experience in global recruitment is essential, with specific exposure to sourcing and hiring in the EMEA, UK, and South African markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles, from software engineers and data scientists to instructional designers and content specialists.
  • Verifiable track record of successfully managing multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within the Technology, EdTech, or KPO/BPO industry is a significant advantage.
