Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment:

    Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Talent Sourcing:

    Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Collaboration:

    Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, team dynamics, and role requirements.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)


Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    Familiarity with recruiting for multiple industries and job functions
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
