Job Description:- Exp:- 8 to 12 yrsExpertise in administration, implementation, and in providing ongoing support for multiple, highly complex IT Infrastructure environments (on-premises and cloud) with a mix of monitoring, service management and automation tools.· Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrating strong complex problem-solving skills.· Managing the day-to-day activities of the team with excellent communication and leadership skills.· Mentor and coach team members with skills to improve their product knowledge, confidence, and communication skills. And create a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.· Tools capability and knowledge: Proficiency in one or more of the following toolsets and readiness to learn others quicklyo CA Suite (UIM | DOI | APM), SolarWinds NCM, PRTG.o Automation: Kore.ai, Nanoheal, Ansible, Digitate IGNIO, ServiceNow orchestrator.o Scripting Knowledge: like Python, Power Shell, Unix Shell
