Role Overview: As a Recruitment Specialist at the company, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales roles, Optometrists, and Store Managers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and quality hiring under pressure while collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Your role will involve effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates, maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system, and conducting Campus Drives and Walk-in drives. Additionally, you will need to have the ability to travel less than 40% of the time and exhibit strong stakeholder management skills to meet hiring targets efficiently.
