Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition located in Noida. The Senior Executive Talent Acquisition will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent, building effective employer branding initiatives, and managing the end-to-end hiring process. The role includes collaborating with internal teams to understand hiring requirements, sourcing candidates through various channels, and ensuring alignment between candidate skills and organizational needs. Location - Noida Exp - 3 to 7 yrs Skill - Strong into E2E recruitment, C2H Hiring, MSP Hiring, FTE Hiring. Qualifications Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes, with the ability to identify and attract top talent. Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for building candidate and stakeholder relationships. Expertise in Employer Branding and talent management strategies to maintain a compelling and professional company image. Experience in IT Recruitment, including familiarity with technical job requirements and sourcing candidates for tech-focused roles. Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a strategic mindset to drive recruitment processes efficiently. Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in talent acquisition is required.
