Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition located in Noida. The Senior Executive Talent Acquisition will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent, building effective employer branding initiatives, and managing the end-to-end hiring process. The role includes collaborating with internal teams to understand hiring requirements, sourcing candidates through various channels, and ensuring alignment between candidate skills and organizational needs.


Location - Noida


Exp - 3 to 7 yrs


Skill - Strong into E2E recruitment, C2H Hiring, MSP Hiring, FTE Hiring.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes, with the ability to identify and attract top talent.
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for building candidate and stakeholder relationships.
  • Expertise in Employer Branding and talent management strategies to maintain a compelling and professional company image.
  • Experience in IT Recruitment, including familiarity with technical job requirements and sourcing candidates for tech-focused roles.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a strategic mindset to drive recruitment processes efficiently.
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in talent acquisition is required.
