Role Description

• Creating and maintaining a pool of available talent as per Business Requirements through Market Mapping
• Sourcing of relevant profiles as per open positions with focus on quality
• Lead Screening of applicants, scheduling Interviews and Position closure within targets
• Maintaining an effective hiring channel / source mix, and delivering within the recruitment budget and timelines (TAT)
• Conducting HR interviews to ascertain the competencies, skills and aspirations (based on competency, position, compensation, & other aspects)
• Lead Offer Discussions and Compensation negotiations
• Follow Assessment guidelines and conducting reference checks
• Documentation during the pre-hiring stage until onboarding
• Issuing letters Offer Letters and pre-joining formalities
• Updating of data on HRMS portal

Key Requirements:

• Should have 2+ years of experience into recruitment.
• Good communication skills - written and spoken.
• Considerable experience with sourcing including portals, job posts, social networking, conferences, headhunting etc.
• Ability to grasp and deliver an excellent pitch to potential candidates.
• Experience with using new age media such as social network, LinkedIn, blogs etc.
• Job Location – Mumbai
• CTC - Up to 6.5 LPA
