Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales roles, Optometrist & Store managers. This includes effectively sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system, conducting Campus Drive and Walk-in drives, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and ensuring timely and quality hiring under pressure. Additionally, you will need to have strong stakeholder management skills to ensure hiring targets are met. There might be a requirement of traveling less than 40% of the time.
