- Handle & monitor all the positions ( Lateral/Campus) & ensure end to end recruitment cycle.
- Check if MP/CP is being followed
- Conduct interviews at all levels and prepare & validate salary offers & do the negotiation.
- Adhere the BPF process
- Conduct campus recruitment drives for multiple recruitment & check hire/no profile before releasing LOI
- Build good relationship with the management and handle Naukri spocs and manage the bills
- Prepare monthly MD MIS by coordinating with all the location spocs
