Key Responsibilities • Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid–senior level roles • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs • Build and manage strong talent pipelines • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates • Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process Requirements • 5+ years of non-tech recruitment experience • Proven experience in leadership hiring • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously • Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS, etc.)
