Sourcing candidates through various channels like job portals, internal databases, and social media will be a key aspect of your role. Your responsibilities will also include scheduling, coordination, and ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle. Building strong relationships with candidates to gain their trust for referrals, negotiating wage rates and employment terms, and submitting resumes to hiring managers for consideration are crucial tasks.
