Role Overview:


Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Non-IT (Lateral Hiring)

This role demands a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to ensure we attract and onboard the best talent aligned with our company’s culture and goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage

    end-to-end recruitment

    for non-IT lateral roles across multiple functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.).
  2. Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to

    understand business requirements

    and define role expectations.
  3. Drive sourcing through

    multiple channels

    – job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct headhunting.
  4. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong role and culture fit.
  5. Track key

    recruitment metrics

    (time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness).
  6. Collaborate with external agencies for niche or high-volume lateral hiring.
  7. Maintain a strong

    candidate experience

    throughout the hiring journey.
  8. Contribute to employer branding and process improvement initiatives within the TA function.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • 4–5 years of experience in

    non-IT lateral hiring

    (preferably in FMCG, retail, fitness, or consumer-facing industries).
  • Proven ability to manage hiring for

    mid-level business and operations roles

    .
  • Excellent

    stakeholder management

    and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of

    recruitment tools

    (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive, energetic, and aligned with

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
