Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in microcontroller/microprocessor-based software development , hardware debugging , and application development across Linux and Windows environments. The ideal candidate will also have strong expertise in GUI development (Qt) , device bring-up , and communication interface protocols . Responsibilities Design, develop, and test software for embedded systems based on microcontrollers and microprocessors. Perform hardware–software integration and debugging using tools like JTAG, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers. Develop and maintain Linux and Windows applications , including GUI development using Qt . Implement navigation and mapping applications using map servers and GIS-based tools. Work on device bring-up activities including Ethernet controllers, flash memories, display interfaces, and related hardware components. Develop and integrate communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, PCIe, Ethernet, USB , and parallel buses . Configure and integrate display systems including DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort, RGB, video decoders, encoders, and display controllers. Collaborate with hardware and system teams for board bring-up and driver development . Manage source code and project baselines using Software Configuration Management (SCM) tools (e.g., Git, SVN). Prepare technical documentation , test plans, and reports for internal and customer reviews. 1) Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy. Oversee the entire process of a shipment, from acquisition to delivery. 2) Responsible for liaising with CHA and Custom officials for smooth import/ export of consignments 3) Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance. 4)Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods. 5) Organize and maintain inventory and storage area. 6) Aware of various Government Import/ export policies and benefits 7) Aware of HSN codes and custom duty calculation on various classes of items Schedule and track inbound and outgoing shipments including invoicing and all statutory requirements Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems. 8) Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status. 9) Correspond with clients, suppliers, warehouses, and transportation hubs to ensure efficiency
Role Objective: To ensure that the organization’s products, processes, and services consistently meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements through effective implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS). Job Responsibilities QMS: 1. Responsible for QMS Implementation & Maintenance. 2. Shall perform Internal & External Audits. 3. Facilitate Management Reviews and report system performance to leadership 4. Shall responsible for Process & Continuous Improvement. 5. Shall perform as Supplier & Customer Quality Interface. 6. Provide QMS and AS9100 awareness training to employees. 7. Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, 5S). 8. Monitor and analyze QMS performance indicators (KPIs). 9. Maintain calibration, traceability, and production records per aerospace standards. 10. Ensure compliance with applicable aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001) Product & Process Quality: 1. Monitor and verify quality at each production stage. 2. Conduct in-process inspections, audits, and patrol checks as per control plans. 3. Ensure process compliance with work instructions, process flow diagrams, PFMEAs, and control plans. 4. Analyse process data and key performance indicators (e.g., defect rate, Cp/Cpk, scrap, rework). 5. Identify recurring process issues and work with engineering/production teams to eliminate root causes. 6. Implement and verify effectiveness of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). 7. Support MRB (Material Review Board) activities and dispositioning of rejected parts. 8. Shall facilitate to prepare QAP for critical projects. 9. Shall facilitate to perform ESS & QT test of rugged deliverable products.
