As a Talent Acquisition Intern at our company, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing the Ed-Tech sector. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering quality work consistently in a fast-paced environment by effectively managing time and efforts across hiring projects. - Handling end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on direct sourcing and account management. - Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions. - Identifying critical talent requirements, prioritizing positions, and sourcing qualified candidates through various channels in a cost-effective manner. - Proactively building and maintaining talent pipelines from diverse sources to ensure a steady pool of candidates. - Developing and implementing a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with business objectives, scales efficiently, and enhances applicant representation. To be successful in this role, you should have: - A Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field. - Ideally, 1-3 years of experience in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies. - Proficiency in Google Suite. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. - Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. - Comfort working in ambiguous and unstructured environments.
