Key Responsibilities: Manage complete domestic and international travel bookings for B2B clients. Consult and advise partners on travel options, policies, and best practices to optimize itineraries. Handle travel-related queries and requests through calls, emails, and chat professionally. Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and suppliers. Ensure timely confirmations, accurate pricing, and seamless handling of modifications or cancellations. Stay updated with industry trends, airline policies, and global travel guidelines. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings. Meet service-level agreements (SLAs) and contribute to business targets. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in a B2B travel consultant role. Hands-on experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo.
