Quotation Specialist - Vietnam

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Prepare, review, and send quotations based on client inquiries, pricing policies, and internal cost structures. • Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Procurement, Finance) to gather accurate cost data. • Ensure all quotations are aligned with company margins and approval protocols. • Update and maintain pricing databases and records of past quotations. • Analyze market rates and competitor pricing to provide competitive quotes. • Follow up with clients on sent quotations and support the sales team in closing deals. • Ensure compliance with company and client-specific quotation formats and standards. • Assist in developing pricing strategies and proposal templates. • Respond to client queries related to pricing and quotation details. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. • 2–5 years of experience in quotation, pricing, or sales support roles. • Proficiency in MS Excel and business management tools (ERP/CRM systems preferred). • Strong analytical and numerical skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Vietnamese. • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. • Knowledge of [industry-specific] services/products is a plus.
