Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused B2B Travel Consultant to join our growing team at Etrav Tech Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the travel requirements of our B2B partners, delivering excellent service, and supporting their operational needs efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage complete domestic and international travel bookings for B2B clients. Consult and advise partners on travel options, policies, and best practices to optimize itineraries. Handle travel-related queries and requests through calls, emails, and chat professionally. Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and suppliers. Ensure timely confirmations, accurate pricing, and seamless handling of modifications or cancellations. Stay updated with industry trends, airline policies, and global travel guidelines. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings. Meet service-level agreements (SLAs) and contribute to business targets. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in a B2B travel consultant role. Hands-on experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo. Strong understanding of IATA regulations and ticketing processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and travel booking tools. Preferred Qualifications: IATA-certified or a diploma in Travel & Tourism. Experience working with travel CRMs or ERP systems.
